For a basin with only a cold feed, in a staff toilet, workshop, surgery or outbuilding, the Redring RAHW3 avoids running a hot pipe from the boiler. It mounts on the wall above the basin, takes the mains cold supply and heats water instantly as it flows. An infrared sensor starts the flow as hands move under the spray head, so nobody touches a tap, and a timed shut-off stops the water automatically.
A rotary control sets the temperature by adjusting the flow, and because nothing is stored there is no standing heat loss. Connect to a dedicated fused spur by a qualified electrician.
