The Dexpro DXF100BT is a 4in extractor fan with a run-on timer for bathrooms, toilets, en-suites and cloakrooms. Wire the timer to the light switch and the fan keeps running after you leave, which is when most of the steam and condensation actually clears. It moves up to 90 cubic metres of air an hour at 33dB, and the built-in backdraught shutter closes when it stops so cold air does not come back down the duct.
The matt black housing sits neatly on a wall, window or ceiling and connects to standard 100mm ducting (sold separately). IPX4 rated for the appropriate bathroom zone; for installation directly over a bath or shower choose the IPX5 Super Delux version. Fit by a qualified electrician with an isolating switch outside the room.
