The Delux Instantaneous Water Heater is a powerful, space-saving solution for commercial environments requiring reliable hot water for hand washing. This compact unit is perfect for applications where space is limited, including offices, retail spaces, factories, schools, hospitals, and modular buildings. Equipped with a digital temperature display and precise touch controls, users can easily manage water temperature to suit their needs.
To ensure optimal heating performance, it’s recommended to use a flow-restricted or spray head tap nozzle. Water temperature output depends on the flow rate—higher flow rates reduce the temperature. The unit’s power options support the following maximum flow rates:
- 3.5kW for up to 2 lpm,
- 5kW for up to 3 lpm,
- 7.5kW for up to 4 lpm,
- 9.5kW for up to 6 lpm.
Seasonal water temperature fluctuations impact output, as incoming water temperature varies. For example, with incoming water at 15°C in the summer, the unit can deliver up to 49°C at a flow rate of 1.5 lpm. In winter, when incoming water temperature may drop to around 10°C, the heater can reach approximately 44°C at the same flow rate. For colder climates where water may fall below 10°C, temperatures may be slightly lower.
