The Delux Instantaneous Water Heater is a compact, efficient solution for commercial spaces where hot water is essential for hand washing but space is limited. Ideal for offices, retail shops, factories, educational institutions, hospitals, and modular buildings, this unit provides quick, consistent hot water with its precise digital temperature display and easy touch control.
Designed to optimize heating based on flow rate, the Delux Instantaneous Water Heater adjusts temperature based on water speed—higher flow rates will result in cooler water. For best results, using a flow restrictor or spray head tap nozzle is recommended. The maximum flow rates are as follows:

Seasonal changes in water temperature may impact performance, with incoming water at around 15°C in summer allowing the heater to deliver up to 49°C at 1.5 lpm, while winter’s colder 10°C water may yield a maximum of 44°C. For areas with very low water temperatures, output may vary slightly.
