A fire rated downlight for ceilings where most fittings are too deep. The Integral J-Series sits just 47mm into the void, and its 6W LED gives 600 lumens of 4000K cool white light from a 68mm hole.
It is rated for 30, 60 and 90 minute fire rated ceilings and sealed to IP65 at the front, so it can go in bathroom zones 1 and 2. It dims from the mains and wires loop-in loop-out, which speeds up fitting a run of lights. Keep loft insulation away from the back of the fitting. For a softer light in living rooms and bedrooms, the 3000K warm white version is ILDLFR68J003.
