Installation Instructions: 

  1. Ensure the power supply is switched off before installation.
  2. Mount the batten fitting securely to the desired surface using appropriate fixtures.
  3. Connect the wiring according to the provided wiring diagram.
  4. Secure the diffuser and ensure all connections are tight.
  5. Switch on the power supply to test the installation.
  6. Get a qualified electrician to istalll.

Almost all orders placed before 1.00pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day, (providing we have the items in stock). 

This is NOT a guarantee so if you choose a standard delivery service please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be processed and delivered.

Customers that have paid for a next day service will be given priority.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £2.66 (plus VAT) this is applicable to items that will fit into Royal mails small parcel sizes (this can take 2-5 working days).
  • ParcelForce - From £5.00 (Plus VAT) - Tracked 24 - If provided with a mobile number updates and a one hour delivery window will be provided.
